PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING AND FULFILLING THE ORDER
- The basic condition for the implementation of purchases is the correct completion by the Ordering Party of the order form available on the website of the online store after entering the shopping cart. Procedure:
- selecting the appropriate options on the product page
- adding a product to the cart
- choice of delivery method: courier or personal collection from our company and payment method
- providing shipping and invoice data
- order confirmation
- The store does not accept telephone orders.
- In the event of circumstances preventing the full or temporary implementation of the order, AKPO KONSTRUKCJE ALUMINIOWE reserves the right to suspend the implementation of the order - it undertakes to immediately notify the Ordering Party about the situation. Confirmation of the order and conclusion of the contract is the message sent to the buyer with the title "Order accepted for execution".
- Incorrectly completed order forms will not be considered.
- The purchased goods are sent to the address indicated in the order form.
- Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The costs and methods of delivery have been specified in the order form. The payment methods are: prepayment to the store's account using the traditional method or via the Shoper payment platform (more in the Payment methods tab) or prepayment at the company's headquarters. In the event of selecting "personal collection", the customer undertakes to collect the goods from the Zegartowice 160 warehouse, 32-415 Raciechowice during the company's working hours.
- All products in the store's offer are brand new. Most are made to order after ordering. We attach a receipt or a VAT invoice to each product if the invoice details are provided in the order form.
NOTE: We ask for thoughtful purchases, most of our products are non-standard products, not manufactured in series, the characteristics of which are modified according to the arrangements made when placing the order, i.e. products manufactured on an individual order, and consequently - that in relation to such items, the right to withdraw from the contract concluded distance is disabled.
- The order processing time is from 7 to 21 business days (Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for products available on request. NOTE: this date is an estimated shipping date, it is not a delivery date. The delivery date depends on the shipping company (courier) and it is usually the day after the date of shipment. Deliveries are made from 8:00 to 16:00. During pre-holiday periods, the delivery time may be extended to 30 business days.
NOTE: Furniture delivery is carried out without the service of bringing in. The courier is not obliged to bring parcels/packages/pallets to the apartments/houses. In the case of flats, the courier does not bring parcels/packages / pallets to the stairwells. Shipments placed on a pallet are delivered to a place where technical conditions allow it. If the parcel is not picked up, it returns to the AKPO manufacturer's warehouse, where it waits for collection by the buyer or re-shipment. The buyer bears the costs of re-shipping.
NOTE: delivery on a pallet is carried out in the case of coffee tables and furniture sets consisting of several packages.
2. Any arrangements regarding the delivery date (e.g. after a given day or before a given day) must be made in writing under the pain of nullity. Such information should be provided when placing an order in NOTES or in a separate e-mail message.
